Cairns Aquarium

Open daily from 9:30am-3:30pm with last admission at 2:30pm.

Ticket Information:

• Adult (15 years+)
• Child (3 to 14 years). Note: Children under 14 years of age will need to be accompanied and supervised by an Adult.
• Infant (under 3 years)
• Concession rates are available to Australian Senior Citizens, Students and Pensioners. Presentation of a recognized Seniors, Student or Pension Card required upon entry. Health Care Cards are NOT accepted as a Concession.

• Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets throughout
• Even ground surfaces
• Free Wheelchair hire is available
• One Companion Card holder can enter free of charge for each person with a disability. Companion Card must be presented on arrival.

• Any cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a refund
• Any bookings made within 48 hours of the visit date will not receive a refund but can either amend the date of the booking or receive the amount paid on a gift card.
• Any cancellations within 48 hours can either amend the date of the booking or receive the amount paid on a gift card

• All persons entering the Cairns Aquarium must hold a valid General Admission ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid admission ticket or receipt on request, may result in removal from the attraction.
• Tickets available include Adult (15+ years), Child (3-14 years), Family Ticket (2 Adults + 2 Children) and Concession (upon presentation of a recognised Seniors, Student, Pension or Carers Card) Please note: Health Care Cards are not accepted as a Concession Card
• One Companion Card holder may enter free of charge with each person with a disability for General Admission entry only
• Children under 3 years of age are admitted free to Cairns Aquarium. Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over.
• General Admission tickets are valid for 1 day entry. To enable re-entry on same day, visitors must retain entrance ticket to show to Admissions counter.
