- A fuel surcharge may be imposed in the event of a significant increase in fuel costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- If the itinerary is altered for any reason, no refund is payable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Emergency levies & fuel surcharges:<\/strong>
We reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge, emergency levy or other cost adjustment (\u201cLevy\u201d) in the event of significant increases in operating costs beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, increases in fuel prices, government charges, or other essential inputs required to operate the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Where the average fuel cost increases by more than 25% from the date on which the relevant tour pricing was originally published or contracted, we may apply a Levy to affected bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The amount of any Levy will be reasonably determined by us based on the increased cost of fuel (or other relevant input costs) attributable to each specific departure and will be calculated on a per passenger basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Any applicable Levy may be payable at the time of booking, prior to departure, at check-in or on departure, as advised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Where a Levy is applied after confirmation, and the resulting price increase is material, any cancellation fees normally applicable under our standard terms and conditions will not be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Passenger Conduct & Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- DTA may exclude, without compensation, any passenger who reasonably:\n
\n- Endangers their own health or safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Compromises the health, safety, or comfort of others<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Commits any illegal act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- DTA accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from another passenger\u2019s actions or omissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- While due care is taken in selecting accommodation providers, DTA accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death occurring at these premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- DTA reserves the right to change accommodation providers without prior notice and will endeavour to secure substitute accommodation of comparable quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nDTA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if caused by an event beyond that party\u2019s reasonable control (\u201cForce Majeure Event\u201d). Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Acts of God (storms, floods, cyclones, earthquakes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- War, terrorism, civil commotion, or riot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Government laws, regulations, emergency declarations, or travel bans<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Major breakdowns of equipment, utilities, or infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
In such an event:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- DTA may suspend or modify the itinerary, transfers, or services without liability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Passengers must accept reasonable alternative arrangements offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Emergency levies & fuel surcharges:<\/strong>
We reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge, emergency levy or other cost adjustment (\u201cLevy\u201d) in the event of significant increases in operating costs beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, increases in fuel prices, government charges, or other essential inputs required to operate the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n- \n
- Where the average fuel cost increases by more than 25% from the date on which the relevant tour pricing was originally published or contracted, we may apply a Levy to affected bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The amount of any Levy will be reasonably determined by us based on the increased cost of fuel (or other relevant input costs) attributable to each specific departure and will be calculated on a per passenger basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Any applicable Levy may be payable at the time of booking, prior to departure, at check-in or on departure, as advised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Where a Levy is applied after confirmation, and the resulting price increase is material, any cancellation fees normally applicable under our standard terms and conditions will not be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- While due care is taken in selecting accommodation providers, DTA accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death occurring at these premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- DTA reserves the right to change accommodation providers without prior notice and will endeavour to secure substitute accommodation of comparable quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
DTA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if caused by an event beyond that party\u2019s reasonable control (\u201cForce Majeure Event\u201d). Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
