Departing August 3rd the Darwin to Longreach adventure with overnight sleeper train to Brisbane has been put together by Carmen with an amazing itinerary that will take passengers from Dawin though some spectacular Aussie iconic towns. Including 3 nights in Longreach to really experience the Aussie pioneering spirit. Finally your trip will conclude with a train journey from Longreah to Brisbane with the overnight twin share sleeper cabin.

Trip Highlights include: stopping at several spectacular waterfalls Swimming at Mataranka Springs, dinner cruise at Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge) Visit Cutta Cutta and Cammooweal Caves, entry to 12 museums including Riversleas tour at Mt Isa, Waltzing Matilda, Australian Age of Dinosaurs, Qantas & Stockmans Hall of Fame. You’ll go underground at two different mining exhibts and experience the sunrise at the Devils Marbles.

You’ll visit the impressive Dinosaur stampead – foot prints in stone at Lark Quarry, walk on the wing of a plane and experince the evening light show at Qantas. Enjoy a paddle steamer boat ride with dinner and show on the Thompson River, Enjoy the Cobb & Co horse and cart experince with a damper morning tea and visit Nogo station and enjoy a scone with jam and cream.

This tour is fully accommodatated and travelling as a small group with a maximum of 10 passengers in an airconditioned bus. This tour included accommodation in Darwin for the first night before departure. No accomodation is included for your arrival in Brisbane. No flights to Darwin or from Bisbane are included.
