Alice Springs Desert Park is an inspiring portrayal of Australia’s central desert environment that seamlessly blends the plants, birds, animals and people of our arid regions within one, tourism and conservation facility.

In addition to the general entry the park offers additional different experinces. A Nocturnal tour – Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 7.30pm (April to October) and at 8pm (November to March)

This is a 1 – hour guided tour that involves Central Australian Wildlife Spotlighting

The Thorny Devil Experience is an up and close experience where on the reptile keepers offers insights into the lives of the lizards and you can get to photograph them without being behind the glass barrier. This experience operates each day at 12.45pm, runs for 15 minutes for ages 7 and up – $25 per person
